Note: This class will be dedicated specifically to improving pointework for Intermediate-Advanced dancers. Although there is no obligation to wear pointe shoes, exercises will be more suited to those in pointe shoes. The first 30 minutes of the class will focus on strength and conditioning exercises, followed by a 90 minute class from barre to grand allegro suited to those wearing pointe shoes. The idea is to get people comfortable dancing in their shoes in preparation for performances and more advanced pointework.
