Tian Gao

Tian is a PhD candidate in Japanese Studies at Emmanuel College. Her ballet journey began when she was in kindergarten and a member of her province’s artistic swimming team, where ballet was an important part of their training. She later developed a keen interest in classical ballet.
During her time at Cambridge, she has thoroughly enjoyed taking classes at CUBC, being part of the committee, teaching, and, of course, performing in the annual Lent show.
She is very excited to be teaching again this year and hopes to share her love of ballet with more people, helping everyone feel welcome and included in the CUBC community, regardless of their previous dance experience.
